By accessing or using Aerodoreme Finance's website and services, including aircraft financing, aircraft leasing, jet management, and aviation consulting at aerodrome locations worldwide, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

• All bookings are subject to aircraft and aerodrome availability
• Quotes provided are estimates and may vary based on final flight details
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and written confirmation
• You must provide accurate passenger information and travel documents

Payment Terms

• Full payment or deposit is required to confirm bookings
• Accepted payment methods include wire transfer, credit card, and approved credit accounts
• Additional charges may apply for changes, special requests, or aerodrome fees
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Client

• Cancellations more than 72 hours before departure: 90% refund
• Cancellations 48-72 hours before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before departure: No refund
• Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellation by Aerodoreme Finance

We reserve the right to cancel flights due to weather, mechanical issues, aerodrome closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Arrive at the aerodrome at the specified time (typically 15-30 minutes before departure)
• Provide valid identification and travel documents
• Comply with all aviation regulations and crew instructions
• Inform us of any special requirements, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions
• Ensure baggage complies with aircraft weight and size limitations
• Obtain necessary visas and permits for international aerodrome travel

7. Safety and Security

Safety is our top priority. We work exclusively with certified aircraft operators who meet or exceed all aviation safety standards:

• All aircraft are maintained according to manufacturer specifications and regulatory requirements
• Pilots are fully licensed, experienced, and undergo regular training
• Aircraft undergo pre-flight safety inspections
• We comply with all aerodrome security protocols and aviation regulations

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal activities or transportation of prohibited items
• Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward crew or passengers
• Smoking on aircraft (unless specifically permitted)
• Tampering with aircraft equipment or safety devices
• Exceeding aircraft weight limitations or bringing unauthorized items

Violation of these terms may result in flight termination, legal action, and liability for all associated costs.
